In addition to the wines available by the bottle on our wine list, if you're only in the mood for a glass, we have available select varietals in red and white.

We have a wine list carefully selected, personally tasted, and freshly updated by Chef Luigi Vitrone. The world is well represented with our wines from France, Italy, California, Australia and Chile. We also offer a full bar with an excellent collection of scotches, cognacs, and aperitifs.
I am sure we all realize, there are a countless number of wines and vines from the world over to choose upon. I continuously receive selections and suggestions from many sources to incorporate into my menus. The cornerstone of our restaurant has always been and will continue to be, QUALITY. Our continuous pursuit of new QUALITY item puts me in a unique position to best select which wines work best with my culinary expertise. Football legend, Coach Dick Vermiel stopped
in for a bite and he even took the time
to sign a few bottles of his own Cabernet!

There are just a few autographed bottles left and they'd make a great gift for the fan who
enjoys a good red.

Dick Vermiel comes from a family of French &
Italian winemakers who first settled in California. The family vineyard is still there and
produces excellent wines under the brand,
On The Edge.

We have their Cab Francs and Cab Sauvs as well as a Red Zin.
