COOKING CLASSES
COOKING CLASSES
All cooking classes are taught by CIA trained restaurateur and chef Luigi Vitrone.
All classes involve Chef Luigi’s instruction and your own hands-on learning and yes, you get to eat your projects!
Class Size
Classes are for a minimum of 2 people and a maximum of 6 people.
Times
Classes can be 2 hours or 3 hours long.
Classes are available on Sundays about 2:00 PM and on Mondays about 6 PM (times will be confirmed upon reservation)
Reservations
Payment in full is required at time of class reservation.
Cost is $50 per person, per hour.
Cancellations made 3 days prior to class are eligible for a refund.

Beginners Class
Kitchen safety, knife skills, soups, stocks, sauces and pasta making.
Advanced Class
Butchering technique, complex soups and sauces, fresh vegetables, sautéing.
You Choose It Class
